All fees associated with orientation are non-refundable. This includes student and guest registration fees, cancellations, student and guest reservation changes, meals, overnight housing for students, tax, program materials, etc. Once you register for orientation, you will be prompted to pay orientation fees. Your spot at orientation will be reserved upon payment completion. They are not refundable, so be very certain before you make your reservations. (For example, if you are a transfer student registered for an on-campus orientation and you decide to switch to the online orientation, you will not receive a refund for the price difference.)
