About Communications

The Communications Unit is responsible for increasing visibility of the University through effective public relations, media relations and social media. University Communications serves as a proactive news gathering operation that develops strategies to support and promote the University and ensures all University communications accurately represent the UWF mission and vision. University Communications is the main point of contact between members of the media and faculty/staff at the University.

The Communications Unit is always interested in learning about projects and initiatives happening across campus as part of our efforts to share the UWF story with various audiences. To tell us more about your project or initiative, please submit the University Marketing & Communications Form.
