STEM LLC Staff

Resident Assistants (RA)

The Presidents Hall resident assistant (RA) staff is made up of 9 RAs who all live in the building. Two resident assistants have been selected to specifically support the STEM LLC. RAs are responsible for building community, planning and facilitating fun and educational programs, ensuring all policies are being followed, and supporting the residents in the STEM LLC.

STEM Peer Academic Leaders (PALs)

The STEM LLC staff also consists of two Peer Academic Leaders [PALs], who are peer mentors to the residents of the STEM LLC. STEM PALs organize and host programs geared towards helping residents succeed academically, hold study hours in the lounges, recognize students who have been working hard academically, and more. They’re here to help residents succeed and connect them to campus resources. Since the STEM PALs live on the same floor, they are easily accessible.

Presidents Hall Director (HD)

The Presidents Hall Director oversees the day-to-day operations of the building, supervises the RAs, assists students with their needs, coordinates programming and events with the faculty mentors, and more.
