Returning Resident Housing Options

Some housing options will be changing for the 2015/2016 school year. Please review your options below:


Grad Houses

If you are a graduate student interested in living in one of the Downtown Grad Houses, please contact assignments@uwf.edu. You do not need to attend Room Selection.

 

FSL Houses (Southside 30, 31, 33, 34, & 35)

If you are a member of a sorority (Kappa Delta, Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Delta Pi, Phi Sigma Sigma, Alpha Chi Omega) and you wish to live in your on-campus house, please contact your house manager and let them know that you want to live in the building next year. You do not need to attend Room Selection.


Available to all upperclassmen (2nd year students & above)

Heritage Hall, Village East & Village West will be available for assignment to returning residents Fall 2015/Spring 2016. You may

 

Current Argo Hall Residents

Argo Hall will not be available to returning residents because it is a First-Year Experience Hall for new First Time In College (FTIC) Freshmen. Any residents who currently live in Argo Hall will need to make other choices. Argo Hall residents can preference Heritage Hall, Presidents Hall, the Village Apartments, Southside Village, or Pace Hall (if they are an honors student). 

 

Current Martin Hall Residents

Martin Hall will not be available to returning residents because it is a First-Year Experience Hall for new First Time In College (FTIC) Freshmen. Any residents who currently live in Martin Hall will need to make other choices. Martin Hall residents can preference Heritage Hall, Presidents Hall, the Village Apartments, Southside Village, or Pace Hall (if they are an honors student). Students who live in Martin Hall get priority selection of Presidents Hall during the February 10 - 11 online selection time period. 

 

Current Pace Hall Residents

Pace Hall will only be available to returning residents who are currently participating in the UWF Honors Program. Any residents who currently live in Pace Hall who are not a UWF Honors student or the requested roommate of a UWF Honors student will need to make other choices. Pace Hall residents can preference Heritage Hall, the Village Apartments, or Southside Village. Current Pace Hall residents who are going to be sophomores or juniors in the Fall 2015/Spring 2016 school year can choose Presidents Hall during their scheduled Priority Group time.

 

Current Presidents Hall Residents

Presidents Hall will only be available to students who will be sophomores or juniors in the Fall 2015/Spring 2016 school year. 

 

Current Southside Village Residents

Southside residents will be able to preference areas that are open to upperclassmen. Buildings 14, 15 & 16 will be open to First Time in College students only. Current Southside residents can choose from Bld 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, or 29.

Southside residents can also preference Heritage Hall, the Village Apartments, Southside Village or Pace Hall (if they are an honors student). Current Southside residents who are going to be sophomores or juniors in the Fall 2015/Spring 2016 school year can choose Presidents Hall during their scheduled Priority Group time.

  • Blds 25 & 28 - Global Living
  • Bld 26 - Fine & Performing Arts
  • Bld 27 - ROTC
  • Bld 29 - The Green House: A sustainability community for all classification levels.
  • Bld 30 - Alpha Gamma Delta (Sorority members only)
  • Bld 31 - Phi Sigma Sigma (Sorority members only)
  • Bld 33 - Alpha Delta Pi (Sorority members only)
  • Bld 34 - Alpha Chi Omega (Sorority members only)
  • Bld 35 - Kappa Delta (Sorority members only)
