My Name is Alex Francois, I was born in Haiti, I am a Seventh - day Adventist, and the last child of five children in my family. I graduated High School from Blanche Ely High School in Pompano where I was a part of the soccer team, ADIMU Men of Excellence, Fellowship Christian ATHLETES, Homecoming, and International students club. Additionally, I am very involved here at UWF where I hold multiple positions: Scholarship Chair of the Beta Beta Phi Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity INC, a Senator in Students Government Association (SGA), Haitian Student Organization Liaison, and had held previous positions like; Vice president of the National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), Homecoming Events Director, Internal Fraternity Programming Board University of Engagement (IFPB). I am a very caring person; my goal in life is to possibly one day be in heaven next to GOD, my passion in life is to help as many people as I can before I die. My hobbies are writing poetry, playing soccer, reading the bible, and volunteering in the community whenever I can. I am a junior, majoring in Exercise Science and Clinical Lab Science with a minor in Forensic Studies, upon graduation I plan to attend medical school abroad to pursue my dream in becoming a Physician or maybe attend NYU to fulfill my long-life dream on becoming a legislative lawyer.  In conclusion, after completing my Ph.D. I plan on opening a free health Clinic in Haiti to help with the cost of health care and to prevent out breaking of diseases. My favorite quote in life is “our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure” By Marianne Williamson.
