Meet our 2014 Homecoming Executive Board!
Executive Director: Jasu Uppal
Jasu is a senior majoring in Public Relations and Business Management. This is her second year serving on the Homecoming Executive Board . She is also a member of Alpha Delta Pi. Jasu's interest are music, laughing and hammocking. One of her favorite quotes is "It's not length of life, but the depth of it."
Involvement Director: Cameron Bates
Cameron is a Senior at UWF who came from Fort Myers, Florida. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the twenty-one year old Hospitality major says that he has made Pensacola his new home. Cameron got involved early and became a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. From being IFC President, former CAB President and always involved in his Fraternity to being a Barista at Starbucks, he likes to stay busy after class. Cameron's interests include the NBA, NFL, coffee, free-styling, Hot Cheetos, and more coffee.
Marketing/Public Relations Chair: Autumn Hunter
Autumn is a Senior majoring in Advertising. Originally from the house of the mouse, Autumn has lived in Orlando most of her life before coming to UWF. This is her first year serving as Marketing Chair for Homecoming. Autumn is a Graphic Designer who loves art, fashion and of course being an Argonaut. She hopes to go into the Advertising and Public Relations field in her future. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. Her interests include Friends, Family, Netflix, Books and Candy.
Event Director: Larry Antoine
My name is Ernst Antoine - I go by Larry. I am 21 years old born and raised in Haiti. I am a graduate of Lennard High School, where I wrestled and played Football. I was the first State Placing Wrestler in my school (6th place 2011). I'm a Senior, and I love being an Argo. I enjoy traveling, whether by car or plane, it's all good! I enjoy being a member of Phi Beta Sigma, my chapter Brothers and Sorors of Nu Eta mean the world to me. I wanted to end my undergrad career with Homecoming because it is such an exciting way for every student and alumni to come together and enjoy a week of fun. I am happy to be on the Homecoming 2015 Team and will do all I can to make this one the best yet. I am friendly so if you see me say Hi :)
Event Chair: Jeremy Wilson
Jeremy is a Junior at UWF who came from Marianna, Fl. He is a sports management major and hopes to be a sports agent one day. Jeremy is very involved on campus he is currently the Vice-president of the Beta Beta Phi Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and he is also an RA in Martin Hall for this upcoming school year. He also loves watching sports and is obsessed with ranch.
Spirit Chair: Kali Richardson
Kali a Senior at UWF from the St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands. Born and raised a little from everywhere the Twenty-three year old Exercise Science major is making strides here at UWF. Kali got involved from day one and has done a little something all across campus. From being Collegiate 100 President, UWF Men, to here at Homecoming. When not involved around campus you can catch Kali either in the gym, online on his PS4 or hanging with friends.
Team Homecoming Chair: Isabelly Rosario
Isabelly Rosario is Homecoming's Team Homecoming Chair for 2015; This is her second year on the Homecoming executive board. Isa is a Senior majoring in Psychology with a minor in forensic studies from Miami, FL who was born in the Caribbean island of Dominican Republic. Besides homecoming, Isa is focusing on her last year as an undergrad while being involved in other activities like Mock Trial, CSA, and Student Orgs Council. In her free time, Isa enjoys trying new foods, visiting friends and family, and collecting cosmetics.
Hospitality Chair: Courtney Justice
Courtney is a Senior at UWF majoring in a Hospitality Management. Originally from Melbourne, Florida with plans to move to Nashville after she graduates in hopes of becoming a Premier Event coordinator (Go Vols!) Courtney has become very involved on campus, becoming a sister of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She is an assistant event coordinator in her sorority, as well as a past Event Coordinator in the UWF hospitality club, and a student member of CMAA. Between spending time with her dog, working at the Hyatt Place Hotel, going to the beach and trying new restaurants in the area, she's always on the run!
Sponsorship Chair: Harry Martin
Hi, my name is Harry Martin, a senior and I'm currently pursuing a degree in Health Care Administration with a minor in Social Welfare. I'm originally from the hot city of Miami, FL, however I moved to Jacksonville, FL in high school (I consider myself to have two hometowns). I take pride in being a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. I also enjoy traveling with friends, music, and meeting new people and learning from the experiences, because according to the great JFK "Leadership and Knowledge are indispensable of each other". This is my first time doing homecoming and I am ready to represent UWF and bring that Argo pride to the campus.
Graduate Advisor: Ren Tyler
Lerren "Ren" Tyler is currently pursuing her Master of Education degree in College Student Affairs Administration program at UWF. She serves as the Student Activities Graduate Assistant in the Student Involvement office. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Pre-Professional Biology here at UWF as well. She comes from a military background and does not have a place she considers a "hometown" but her current home is Viera, Florida. She has lived in Okinawa and Germany. In her free time she likes to play video games, read, and hang out with friends.
Graduate Advisor: Andy Sutton
Andy is a current graduate student in the College of Student Affairs Administration program at UWF. He is one of the advisers for Homecoming and the Campus Activity Board. He really enjoys working in student involvement and was even the mascot at his undergraduate school. Andy is from Arab, AL but loves living in Pensacola. He enjoys playing video games, cooking, and going to the beach in his free time.
Student Activities Coordinator: Karli Sherman
Karli is the Student Activities Coordinator primarily advising the Campus Activity Board (CAB) and Homecoming. Karli loves being a part of the most amazing events on this campus and contributing to the traditions of UWF. She is an alumna of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (Bachelor of General Studies, 2008), Florida State University (Master of Science in Higher Education/Student Affairs, 2013), and Alpha Omicron Pi. Karli's interests include event management, Hazing Prevention, social media, Dynamic Recruitment, presenting, musical theater, the Royal Family, and glitter.
