Telephone Service

Voice service to campus is provided by ITS Telecommunications Services, the focal point for all University voice-related work orders and trouble calls.


Telephone Service Requests

All new service requests for telephone installation or changes to existing systems for faculty and staff must be made by submitting a Service Request.

Work orders are typically completed within one to two business days.
