Daniela has been a Human Resources professional for over 20 years. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), holds a Professional Designation in Human Resources Management from UCLA and a Master’s in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa. Daniela has over seven years of experience as an EO Administrator responsible for managing EEO programs including assisting with developing and monitoring discrimination and harassment policy. Daniela is responsible for handling all discrimination and harassment complaints as well as employee education and training in these compliance areas. In her role as Associate Director for OEOA, she will also assist with the Affirmative Action Plan and supervise Employee Disability Resources and other ADA Programs.
