UWF Parking Decals
Parking decals for the joint UWF-NWFSC Campus can be obtained from the UWF Information Desk in Bldg 1. There is no fee for this decal, however, they are valid for the joint UWF-NWFSC Campus only. They are not valid at the Pensacola Campus.
Parking decals for the main campus can be purchased online through Parking Services. These decals or hangtags will be honored at the joint UWF-NWFSC Campus in Fort Walton Beach. If the student primarily attends the FWB campus but needs to come to the Pensacola campus to take a required class, please contact Chip Chism, Parking & Transportation Services, at 850.473.7711 or firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the possibility of obtaining a temporary hangtag.
UWF ID Cards
If you are a student, faculty or staff of the University of West Florida, you are eligible to get a Nautilus Card, which is the official UWF identification card. A Nautilus Card gives students access to UWF library resources as well as student activities and services on the Pensacola campus. Students must be currently registered for classes at the University of West Florida in order to receive a Nautilus Card.
Nautilus Cards can be obtained from the UWF Information Desk in Bldg 1. There is a $10 annual I.D. fee. Payment for the ID fee can be made with cash, check or money order at the Cashier's Office in Pensacola, or online via MyUWF using a credit card (subject to a convenience fee). Students may bring their receipt showing payment of the fee and a government issued photo I.D. to the UWF Information Desk at the UWF-NWFSC Campus. The card will be issued and ready for use immediately. There is a replacement charge of $15.00 if the original card is lost, stolen or damaged.
Services at the UWF Information Desk at the joint UWF-NWFSC Campus in Fort Walton Beach are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday. These services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays or on holidays observed by UWF.
Cashier services at the Pensacola Campus are available from 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. These services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays observed by UWF.
