Academic Technology Center (ATC)
The Academic Technology Center is devoted to supplying faculty with the tools necessary to implement online and blended courses. This assistance comes in the form of training sessions, professional development workshops, and the ATC Quality Course Incentive Program.
- The AskATC Knowledge Base is a collection of tutorials, tips, videos, tools, and answers to a wide variety of questions related to various distance learning tools and programs.

ATC Training Programs
The ATC offers a variety of workshops and training sessions to help faculty learn how to make the most of the distance learning tools as their disposal. An up-to-date list of upcoming training sessions can be found on their trining calendar. Archived Training Sessions have also been made conveniently available.
Information Technology Services (ITS)
ITS serves as a point of contact and resource for any technology based services or problems that faculty might encounter. This includes phone, email, networking, and computer support services.
ITS offers training topics to assist with eLearning, Google Drive, Confluence, SMART Boards, Lecture Capture, Clickers, Atomic Learning, and a variety of other technology assets for faculty. In addition to workshops ITS offers services and guides to help assist with instructional technology tools that are commonly used at UWF.
The ITS Helpdesk serves as an immediate solution to technology related issues by providing faculty and staff with support for university technology.
