Those who have not rsvp’d yet, should do so immediately here - FACULTY RSVP.
The last day for Faculty regalia rental orders is Wednesday, December 3. Please contact the UWF Bookstore (474-2150) immediately if you need regalia to wear.
Faculty must rsvp in order to receive a parking pass to park in the reserved parking area at the front of the Pensacola Bay Center. Reserved parking is limited. Parking passes began going out in campus mail last week for those who had rsvp’d already. Faculty should not wait until the last minute to request a parking pass as we will not be available to provide passes the day before.
Student Thank You Cards
Included in their cap and gown orders, graduates will receive thank you cards to present to exceptional Faculty or Staff who have positively impacted their UWF experience. This is an opportunity for students to recognize Faculty for their dedication and commitment.
Plan to participate in the Alum-Line tradition. Faculty will be the first to congratulate the graduates as they exit the Pensacola Bay Center as new alumni. Staff will direct Faculty as they recess off the stage to form the line.
The ceremony will once again be webcast live. Those unable to attend the ceremony may view it in its entirety by accessing the link on the commencement homepage. The link will not be active until the start of the ceremony.
Meet and Greet Stations
’Meet & Greet’ stations will be located at each corner of the Pensacola Bay Center. These color-coded windfeathers are meant to assist graduates and their guests in locating each other after the ceremony. The Meet & Greet stations also serve as a way for Faculty to meet up with their graduates after the ceremony. The image (to the right) shows where the color-coded Meet & Greet stations will be located for your planning purposes. Click here for a larger image.
