Introducing Our New #iHireUWF Employer Partnership Program
On behalf of the students of the University of West Florida (UWF), thank you for supporting our efforts to prepare students for their future careers. Career Services has an exciting line of educational programming for the 2017-2018 academic year, and we would like to invite you to collaborate with us as an employer partner. Your partnership will enable us to offer valuable opportunities such as student professional development programs, etiquette dinners, and career planning resources.
Our #iHireUWF Employer Partnership Program is a great way to build your brand on campus, connect with students, and maximize your organization’s recruiting effectiveness at UWF. The first phase of this program is the Custom Partnership Option. The benefits of the Custom Partnership Option include:
Unique and meaningful extension of your recruiting strategy
Opportunity to make an impact at a distance
Name and/or logo on event or program marketing materials including flyers, social media, targeted email blasts, and JasonQuest announcements
Recognition at event or program through signage

Custom Partnership Options
*Options are not limited to events/programs listed below. Please contact Career Services to discuss more options available to your company or organization.
Partner with UWF Career Services on an event/program designed to increase student awareness of Career Services offerings such as the Ice Cream Social or Doughnut Days.
Partner with UWF Career Services on an event/program designed to assist students in perfecting their professional image such as a LinkedIn Photo Booth or Prep Place.
Partner with UWF Career Services on an event/program designed to prepare students for their future careers such as Senior Send-Off or Job Shadow Week.
Partner with UWF Career Services to host an Etiquette Dinner designed to teach students dining etiquette in a professional setting.

How the Employer of the Month Program Works
UWF Career Services wants to recognize your organization and efforts to recruit our students and alumni! #iHireUWF will provide our office with a platform to highlight your organization, brand, and relationship with UWF.
Each month, one organization will be selected based on one of the following criteria:
1. Organization attended an event or hosted a Meet & Greet/On-Campus Interview
2. Organization completed the JasonQuest Feedback survey (survey is emailed or a Career Services staff member will call of job posting closing), reported a hire to the Career Services staff, or utilized the #iHireUWF hashtag on social media within the selected month. At this time we are using Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for this program.
Ex: Social media sample postings using the #iHireUWF: interview with a UWF alumni working for your company, advice to students/graduates, feature of a recently hired student/alumni, etc.
The Employer of the Month selection will be made by the Career Services staff as close to the first of the month as possible. The organization selected will receive a #iHireUWF window decal and a tabletop pop-up banner to be displayed for the month following their selection (if local). Additionally, the organization will be promoted on Career Services' social media as our #iHireUWF Employer of the Month.
