ASPIRE staff and many others around the University are presently engaged in preparing for Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) reaffirmation of accreditation review. Reaffirmation of accreditation is a critically important effort in the continued success of the University, and the preparation process is one that directly or indirectly engages the entire University community.

The reaffirmation of accreditation review process consists of five major elements:

  1. Compliance Certification
  2. Quality Enhancement Plan
  3. Off-Site Review
  4. On-Site Review
  5. Review by the Commission's Board of Trustees

Learn more about these processes and related documents in the Principles of Accreditation: Foundation for Quality Enhancement guide.
