Graduate Students

The University of West Florida Graduate School administers the application, admission, and readmission process for all degree-seeking and non-degree seeking graduate students.

UWF's Graduate School offers advanced degrees including, master's degrees in 25 different programs with more than 50 academic specializations, two specialist degrees and a doctorate in education with eight specializations.

Graduate Assistantships

Each academic year, funds are dispersed from the Graduate School and are allocated to the various graduate academic departments. The academic departments are responsible for awarding these assistantships to high-performing graduate students. Learn more >

The Graduate School guides you through the process of creating your thesis or dissertation, having it reviewed and approved, and uploading the final copy. You’ll find more information here, including workshops, resources, templates, deadlines, and submission guidelines.
