Argo Arrival is an annual tradition and the official kickoff of the academic school year at the University of West Florida. It fosters school spirit for both new and returning students. During this time, you will make new friends, learn about UWF and the Pensacola area, including Pensacola Beach, explore resources that can help you through your college career, and most of all, have fun!
Argo Arrival begins on August 22, 2014, with Move-in Day for first-time-on-campus students. Move-in Day begins at 8 a.m. at all residence halls on campus, and Argo Arrival events begin later that day. Download the Argo Guide today to access the Argo Arrival guide on your mobile device and create your custom schedule, and connect with us on Facebook to RSVP and invite your friends.
The Office of Family Programs will create a relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all Argo parents and families during one of the most stressful times of their lives: Freshman Move-In Day! There will be food, music, and prizes. Don't forget to RSVP on Facebook — food and prizes will go fast, and availability will be based on total RSVPs.
