Academic Affairs Strategic Plan 2017-2022 Review
Provost Ellenberg established a working group in late 2017 to review the existing Division of Academic Affairs Strategic Plan, recommend revisions which would ensure its alignment to the University's current strategic plan for 2017-2022, seek review and feedback from Division personnel, and prepare a final draft for his review. The working group's membership includes Alexis Janosik and Mike Reynolds (HMCSE), Michelle Williams (CASSH), Gabby Bustamante (CUTLA), Charles Penrod (CEPS), Genia Taylor (UKCOH), Ali Green (COB), Ross Dahlstrom (ITS), Kimberly McCorkle (Provost's Office) and Bob Dugan (Library).
The working group has completed its first draft and would welcome your feedback. We will hold four "town meetings" in Building 12, Alumni Room, for those Division personnel who want to discuss this draft.

Most members of the working group will attend one or more of these four meetings. Additionally, we encourage you to review the draft (linked below) and send any comments to Bob Dugan (firstname.lastname@example.org).
The review period will end at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23. The working group will then review the comments and feedback to develop a final draft. Our schedule calls for the final draft to be submitted to the Provost by Friday, March 9. Once finalized, the new Strategic Plan will be made available for organizational units within Academic Affairs to apply in their planning processes beginning with the 2018-2019 academic and fiscal years.
