How to Apply

• Complete the NWF application
• Mark on your application you are completing an associate of arts degree and you would like to transfer to UWF
• Submit the online Declaration of Past Conduct Form
• Submit a Joint Admission Participation Form (PDF). This form must be printed, signed and returned. Please print, sign and fax to Chandra Williams at (850) 729-5206, or print, sign, scan and e-mail to cwilliams3@uwf.edu.
• Request a Nautilus Card by completing the Nautilus Card Identity Verification Form (PDF). This form can only be filled out after the Declaration of Past Conduct and Joint Admissions Agreement have been processed. The coordinator will contact you to complete this form.
