As the new year begins, we continue our dedication to provide a quality education to our students and enjoyable performances for our community. It has been a banner year for the Department. Due to the generosity of Mrs. Helen Wentworth, we took delivery of 18 new Steinway pianos thus becoming a part of an elite group known as “All-Steinway Schools.” In recognition of this gift, the piano program has been named “The Warren and Helen Wentworth ‘All-Steinway School’ Piano Program.” This, along with record recruiting numbers, and accreditation of a new Jazz Studies specialization the Department of Music is enjoying a Renaissance. Please plan on attending our concerts and events and experience first hand the quality and diversity of our programs.
