The UWF Military & Veterans Resource Center (MVRC) serves as the leading campus advocate for military, dependents and veteran students, working to ensure the needs of these individuals are met through coordination with multiple University offices and services.
Recognized as a Gold-level University in the large public school category from Military Friendly® Schools, the University of West Florida is dedicated to supporting our military and veteran students.
Memorial Day Observation
The Military and Veterans Resource Center invites all students and the general public to the Memorial Day Observation on May 23, 2024, from 2-4 p.m. in the Commons Auditorium. The event will honor and recognize the fallen, MIA, and POW. The theme is local veteran memorial parks and monuments.
