0:09 vibrancy about it that you wouldn't find
0:11 anywhere else from the minute you step
0:18 on that campus you know that you're a
0:20 part of a team I'm a graduate from the
0:24 school I loved it when I was a student
0:26 now I'm here as an employee there's
0:28 something special about it and just
0:30 knowing that people care about you
0:32 whether you're student whether you're a
0:34 staff member whether you're professor
0:36 you feel the care you feel the lovin you
0:38 know that it's a place where you belong
0:40 on the Emerald Coast campus it's my job
0:46 to make sure that our students get what
0:48 they need taking care of the people that
0:50 are working with me I want to give them
0:53 the experiences that they're getting on
0:55 the main campus on the Pensacola campus
0:59 my job is to motivate every single
1:02 person in the facilities department
1:04 there's over a hundred employees that
1:06 are responsible for the grounds looking
1:08 great for the buildings being clean for
1:10 safety for everything that happens on
1:12 that campus there's over 100 people who
1:14 are making that happen and it's great to
1:16 work with them her style is unique
1:19 unlike anybody I've ever worked for she
1:22 gets out talks to all of our individual
1:25 employees and makes them feel like
1:27 they're the most important employee we
1:29 have and she just has a way of relating
1:32 to people that amazes me she doesn't
1:36 just talk the talk
1:38 she leads by example she's a hard worker
1:42 and she inspires us to go above and
1:45 beyond I sincerely feel that UWF cares
1:49 about me they want me to do my best and
1:51 they want me to succeed that's a great
1:54 place to work
1:59 I drive an hour and a half to get here
2:02 and I do it because I love my job it
2:04 makes me happy to come here I've got a
2:07 smile on my face when I leave people are
2:09 great we get the support that we need
2:10 from administration to do our job and
2:13 any minute something could change and
2:16 you just have to be ready to jump in the
2:18 truck and go take care of whatever it is
2:19 this means I love you UWF
