MCD Awards

Robert G. Wright Founder's Award - The Founder's Award is the MC Division's highest award, and consists of a medallion. It is given only for sustained, outstanding contributions to the MC Division. To date, only three awards have been presented. The recipients are Bill Wolf, George Gore and Marilyn Harris.

William Jerome Arnold Meritorious Paper Award - The Meritorious Paper award is co-sponsored by the MC Division and AMCF and consists of a $500 cash award and a plaque.

This award is given in those years when there is a particularly meritorious paper submitted to the MC Division for the AOM Annual Conference. It is not necessarily given every year.

The award is open to all those who submit a paper. The specific basis for selecting a recipient is when a paper is considered to have made an unusually meritorious contribution to the consulting literature in any of the areas of theory, research or practice.
