We thought it would be helpful to explain our internal process and how we set our production schedule to meet the needs of our growing campus. In terms of prioritizing projects, we use the following list as a guide:
- University-wide initiatives and strategic priorities
- University advancement materials, especially those directly related to raising private funds
- Established periodicals, such as Connection (alumni magazine)
- Foundation Year-In-Review and various annual reports and newsletters
- Marketing materials for specific divisions
- Marketing materials for specific colleges
- Marketing materials for specific departments
- Marketing materials for specific academic programs and student-related services
Please know that EVERY project submitted to us is important and will be reviewed carefully. Concept development, writing, proofing, editing, photographing, proofing, designing, proofing, designing, proofing, prepress production, proofing, checking printer proofs and proofing one last time is a meticulous but necessary process no matter how many times you've undertaken it.
