The M&CS department consists of the following three units, functioning together as one united team:
Creative Unit: Executes creatively designed and effective marketing materials that are strategically prepared, functional and speak clearly to a specific target audience.
Marketing Management Unit: Conducts research in support of the strategic goals of the department and division as well as manages paid media placement and web services.
Public Relations Unit: Increases awareness of the university through strategic communication channels that build mutually beneficial relationships with and for our institution and its stakeholders.
Ultimately, the focus of our department is to provide our clients with marketing and public relations materials, resources and recommendations that truly exceed expectations each and every time - we are a client-centric shop, devoted to the best interest of the UWF brand. Our internal "clients" include the academic, administrative and consumer divisions, units and departments on campus. Additionally our department works with external audiences to tell the UWF story.
