The Facilities Maintenance unit is located in Building 91 and is State funded for those services related to keeping a space functioning as originally intended for operations, maintenance, and repair of the University’s Education and General (E and G) facilities.

These maintenance services include emergency, preventive, corrective, and recurring work required to keep buildings in a safe and acceptable operating condition. This maintenance work is required to offset the effects of normal “wear and tear.” All other work is charged to the department requesting the work.
