Tuna-Rice Casserole

2 cups rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1 cup red pepper; chopped, optional
2 stalks celery; chopped
1 each green pepper; chopped, optional
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mushroom; optional
1 tuna can liquid; w. sauce & lemon juice
1 can tuna; drained, flaked

Cook rice & salt in water until tender. Mix with remaining ingredients and place in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350°F .
