BBQ Beef

3 lb chuck roast
1 tablespoon horseradish
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 dash vinegar
2 32-oz bottle catsup
2 12-oz bottle heinz chili sauce

Cook the chuck roast and salt in water til tender.

Break up beef and remove fat.

COVER WITH BROTH and add remaining ingredients.

Simmer til thick - burns easily
