Matthew Crow Degrees: Courses Regularly Taught: Issues in Policing Current Research Interests: Dr. Crow’s primary research interests include criminal sentencing, police use of force, and fish and wildlife conservation policing. He is currently involved in an evaluation of a federal reentry court using a true experimental design, several projects with law enforcement agencies, and an analysis of mixed methods research in criminology and criminal justice. Community and Professional Service: Dr. Crow has been active in committee work for the American Society of Criminology, Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, and Southern Criminal Justice Association as a member of the Board of Directors. He serves as a manuscript reviewer for several academic journals including Justice Quarterly, American Journal of Criminal Justice, Journal of Criminal Justice, Criminal Justice Review, Policing, and Police Quarterly. He works with the Northern District of Florida Federal Reentry Court Initiative. |
