After you have
1. acquired housing
2. obtained your new mailing address from the Post Office on campus in The Commons or from your off-campus residence;
3. opened your bank account, if possible;
You must call (850) 474-2479 to schedule an appointment with the Director or Coordinator in the International Student Office. For your appointment, bring the following items with you:
• Your new address and, if you have it, your new telephone number;
• Your travel documents:
the Insurance Compliance Form, completely filled out and signed by your health insurance company representative (unless you will purchase health insurance through the University of West Florida—still must pay to the insurance company).
• Your I-20, or DS-2019
• Passport with U.S. visa, and
• The white I-94card which you will receive on the plane when you enter the U.S.
Bring all of the documents to your appointment in the International Student Office.
