Any questions about the status of your IEP application should be directed to the application supervisor, Sara Brake at sbrake@uwf.edu or (850) 474-2479.
Incomplete application packets cannot be accepted. Documents must be originals.
Once you have been admitted to the University of West Florida and have completed and returned all health and immunization forms, along with evidence of financial support, we can issue an I-20 for you.

The fees for shipping typically range from $40-75. We cannot ship the I-20 or DS-2019 using any other method unless Federal Express service is unavailable in your country.
We recommend that you submit a copy of your passport with your application, so that your demographic information will be entered correctly on all of your forms.
