About the Card
With the Nautilus Card, your student has access to all the necessities of campus life--without the need to carry cash, checks or credit cards. Since the Nautilus Card is a debit card your student can never spend more than is deposited in their account(s).
There are no monthly service fees or minimum balance requirements and any unspent funds are carried over from term to term and are refundable when the student leaves or graduates from UWF. Cash withdrawals are prohibited.
Nautilus Card Declining Balance Account (not the same as Meal Plans or Argo Bucks)
Purchases may be made with a Nautilus Card at many locations around campus. Deposit money into the declining balance account and the student may use the card to make purchases at any location on campus connected to the Nautilus Card system, such as the UWF Bookstore, Dining Services locations, Postal Services, Student Printing (WEPA print kiosks), vending locations, laundry rooms, and more. Most locations on campus that accept cash also accept the Nautilus Card.
You may add money to your student's account(s) at the Cashier's Office (in person), online, by mail, or at any of the Automatic Deposit Machines (ADMs) around campus.

The Nautilus Market in the Commons is UWF's All-You-Care-to-Eat and Meal/Block Plan dining facility. For more information on voluntary or mandatory meal plans or block plans or to view current meal/block plan options, please visit the Dining Services web site or contact the Dining Services office at (850) 474-3197.
NOTE: If your student wants to change his/her mandatory MEAL PLAN (during the first two weeks of class only), they should contact the Nautilus Card office at (850) 474-3325. If they change their plan the first semester on campus, their meal plan will default to the plan they had at the end of the first semester for the second semester.
Annual I.D. Fee
Each student registering for on-campus classes will be assessed an Annual I.D. fee of $10. Students will be charged the fee the first semester they are registered for on-campus classes and it will recur annually thereafter each fall semester. The fee does not entitle the student to a new card each year. The fee covers the cost of ongoing services provided by the Nautilus Card program and maintenance of equipment.
