How Do I Get My Card?
To get your card, bring your completed New Employee Nautilus Card Form to the Nautilus Card office in Building 20W, Room 162. (You cannot get your card prior to your first day of work.) There is no cost to the employee for faculty and staff cards. Your card will be issued and ready for use immediately.

Declining Balance Nautilus Card Accounts for Employees
Purchases may be made with your Nautilus Card at many locations on campus without cash, checks, credit cards, the need to show your driver's license and without penalties, interest, or fees. To use your card as a debit card, you may deposit money into two accounts - a General Account and a Food Account:
General Account: Deposit money into this account and use your card to make purchases at any location on campus connected to the Nautilus Card system, such as the University Bookstore, Dining Services locations, Postal Services, Library, Printing Services and more.
Food Account: Money deposited into this account may be used solely for the purchase of food in UWF Dining Services locations. Each Food Account deposit of $10 or more receives a 25% Bonus when using the Payroll Deduction (submit online) program.
Deposits may be made at the Cashier's Office in building 20E or via Payroll Deduction. Cash is accepted at the automatic deposit machines (ADM's) located in buildings 22, 32, 79, and 86. All deposits are credited immediately.
Account Balance: Your balance will be shown on the card reader each time you use your card to make a purchase. Your account information is also online. Log in to myUWF (my.uwf.edu). In the search field, enter Nautilus Card. Select "Nautilus Card Balance and Swipe History". This will allow you to view your card balances, card swipe history (both financial and access) and meal plan information.
50 Block Meal Plan for Employees: A 50 Block Meal Plan (with no Argo Bucks) is available. This meal plan consists of 50 meals, which can be used in the Nautilus Market, the campus all-you-care-to-eat and meal plan facility. Multiple swipes are allowed during any given meal period. The meal plan holder may use the swipes for their own meals as well as for others who accompany them. The plan has no expiration date. The employee meal plan is available to Faculty, Adjunct Faculty, University Work Force Employees and OPS Staff. The cost for the plan is $291, which may be pre-paid or payroll deducted over five pay periods.
