Students Learn Academy
ICL designed and is researching a model for coaching and support of early career teachers using Teacher Teams for teachers in some of the most challenging schools in the Escambia County School District. The model includes the ICL developed the Harvesting the Wins Coaching Model for schools aligned to coaching principles and protocols developed by Quint Studer at the Studer Group®.
ICL hosted a summer institute for 22 teachers and 5 coaches on the UWF campus in June, 2008. The focus of the institute was the development of 30 day instructional plans for the first days of school. The teachers are measuring success with student results.
