The Institute for Innovative Community Learning (ICL) is an entrepreneurial center at UWF. We are dedicated to making a difference in education and in the community, and we bring the two together.

We focus our efforts on coaching and supporting new teachers to be high performers, and our goal is to become the online place where new teachers go as they continue to learn and improve their day-to-day practices. In an attempt to meet his goal, we design and deliver online programs, courses, just-in-time learning resources and tools, and online access to information.
