• Guests will be accommodated in a separate residence hall from orientation students. Orientation guests are housed in a residence hall frequently used for other overnight summer camps/conferences.  At times during the summer this residence hall is at peak capacity with summer camps/conferences. 
  

• Guests must provide their own bedding, (pillow, pillow case, sheets for an extra long twin size bed) or bedroll, blanket, towels, wash cloth, shampoo, soap, alarm clock, coffee pot and toiletries.
  

• Each room has a small Micro Fridge (microwave/refrigerator unit) is provided in the rooms
  

• Guests who do not return keys at the end of their visit will have a fee of $75.00 added to their Students Account. Please check out at your assigned front desk before you leave campus.

• Telephones are not provided in the residence hall rooms. Please bring your cell phone.
  

• Internet access is available in the room. Please bring your Laptop/Ethernet cable.

• Guests of Orientation Students will be assigned to the same room (Family Room).

• Cost per night is $32.25 (this includes tax). This amount will be added to your student's account and can be paid at the UWF Cashier's Office (Bldg 20) when you arrive.
• Cost per night for student only (check in early or check out late) is $20.00. This amount will be added to student's account and can be paid at the UWF Cashier's Office (Bldg 20) when you arrive.
