Welcome to Orientation Lodging Services, Housing & Residence Life! Our goal is to provide a clean and comfortable accommodation while you are visiting our beautiful campus.

	I am the Guest of a Freshman Orientation Student and I need on campus lodging.
	I am a Transfer Orientation Student and I need on campus lodging during my Orientation.
	I am a Freshman Orientation Student and I am requesting additional nights added to my orientation visit.

Guest, Transfer and Additional Freshmen Lodging is not covered in the cost of Orientation. Please fill out the information below and submit electronically to our office. Questions can be called in to our Central Office at 850.474.2463. Hours are 8-5 CST, Monday-Friday. For after hours questions please leave a detailed voicemail.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE GUEST(S)
• Guests will be accommodated in a separate building from where the orientation students stay.
• Guests must provide their own bedding, (pillow, pillow case, sheets for an extra long twin size bed) or bedroll, blanket, towels, wash cloth, shampoo, soap, alarm clock, coffee pot and toiletries.
• A small Micro Fridge (microwave/refrigerator unit) is provided in the rooms
• There are no telephones provided in the residence hall rooms. Please bring your personal cell phone.
• Internet access is available in the room. Please bring your Ethernet cable.

Cost per night is $32.25 (this includes tax). This amount will be added to your student's account and can be paid at the UWF Cashier's Office (Bldg 20) when you arrive.
Cost per night for student only (check in early or check out late) is $20.00. This amount will be added to student's account and can be paid at the UWF Cashier's Office (Bldg 20) when you arrive.
