The Graduate Student Housing is a partnership with the West Florida Historic Preservation, Inc (WFHPI). The house is in downtown historic Pensacola at 202 Church Street, Pensacola, Florida. Located at the heart of downtown, the house is about 25 minutes from the UWF main campus and a short drive to the beaches. The House is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom mixed gender house where residents share the common areas. The house includes a furnished living room, kitchen, front porch, backyard and washer and dryer. The house has three single bedrooms and one double occupancy bedroom. Residents have the choice of bedroom style they prefer, but this is based off of availability. Currently, we are accepting contracts for both Summer and the 2012-2013 academic year. The Housing contract and rates are broken into three terms. (Summer, Fall & Spring). All university breaks are included in the rates. Please click on the contract link below for the desired term.
