The Graduate Student Housing at Historic Pensacola Village is a partnership with the West Florida Historic Preservation, Inc (WFHPI). The Graduate Student Housing consists of two houses located in the heart of historic downtown Pensacola. The houses are about a 25 minute drive from the main UWF campus, a short drive from the beach, and an easy walk away from all that downtown has to offer. Downtown Pensacola features plenty of restaurants, shops, museums, entertainment, events, and more.
In both houses students will have their own room and will share the common areas. The McVoy House, originally built in 1900, is located at 202 Church Street and is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom mixed gender house. The house includes a furnished living room, kitchen, front porch, backyard and washer and dryer. The Quina-Singh House, originally built in 1880, is located at 217 Zarragossa Street and is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom mixed gender house. The house includes a kitchen, small porches in the front and back, and washer and dryer.Â
