The University Village Student Apartment (UVSA) communities offer the privacy of individual bedrooms and
the convenience of on-campus location. There are two apartments communities at UWF:
Village-East
Village-West
The primary difference between the two communities is the location of the laundry facilities. The UVSA-West apartments each have a washer and dryer whereas the laundry facilities in UVSA-East are centrally located in the Clubhouse. The UVSA communities are primarily occupied by upper division resident students.
