Thank you for your interest in a Graduate Assistant position with the Department of Housing and Residence Life at the University of West Florida as well as your interest in a graduate program at UWF. We are very proud of the opportunities we have for graduate students. We offer several positions within
our department such the Graduate Hall Director position or Programming Graduate Assistant. We have eight Graduate Hall Directors on our campus. Each is responsible for leading a staff of 6-12 Resident Assistants, a Lead Resident Assistant, Student Desk Assistants and the management of one of our on campus residential areas or an apartment complex ranging from 200 - 360 residents. Our Programming Graduate Assistant oversees all the departments programming initiatives with in the areas as well as our partnerships with other Departments around campus. Each Graduate Assistant is supervised by one of our Residence Life Coordinators. Please review the complete position descriptions for both positions.

Preference will be given to candidates who are accepted into a graduate program at the University, who have prior residence hall leadership experience and/or pursuing a degree in College Student Affairs Administration/College Student Personnel Administration.
