(all 4 pages) with the required payment of $225.00 (Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check (No Cash) for new students) must be

All requests for cancellation of the Housing Contract and Appeal of Miscellaneous Housing Fees should be submitted online or in writing to the Department of Housing (11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514). All contract cancellations and Appeals of Miscellaneous Housing Charges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Each contract holder will receive the appeal response at the e-mail address provided or at the postal address. Please allow at least 14 business days for a written response. We cannot render decisions at the time of appeal.
