Holodeck:

UWF's "holodeck," housed in Computer Science, was designed by NavTech who have previously worked with Disney engineers on similar projects. This is one of the largest curved projection screens of its kind in the world, measuring approximately 30 feet long and 16 feet tall.

The holodeck provides for a 3-D, interactive, virtual world in which students can become characters that represent themselves in a virtual world. 3-D immersion cube and simulator technologies are already used in military, government, medicine, psychology, industry and networked entertainment programs, but it's fairly new to higher education.
