The fastest and easiest way to apply for admission is 0nline...click here: Apply Online for U.S. residents and Apply Online for
international students. As soon as we receive your application and
application fee we notify the department that you have applied. Some
departments have additional requirements such as goal statements, portfolios,
letters of recommendation, departmental
applications, personal interviews, and diagnostic testing. Applicants are
responsible for contacting the departments directly regarding any special
requirements. Departments that require additional information will not
consider an application for admission until all required information is
received. These special items should be sent directly to the department.
Please read the international student brochure at
http://uwf.edu/admissions/intbrochure.pdf if you are an international
student. The international advisor is Lisa Roberts at lroberts@uwf.edu. In
addition, TOEFL scores are required of international applicants, unless you
are from a TOEFL exempt country. TOEFL scores required are listening 52 and
total score 550.
Once we receive your application, application fee, and all pertinent
information (e.g. transcripts, test scores) it usually takes a minimum of 2
weeks to process/evaluate an application before our deadline. Although we do
continue processing/evaluating applications after our deadline as quickly as
possible, we cannot guarantee that the department will get your information
in 2 weeks or that they will review your application if their committee has
met. We do make every effort to get your information to the department before
their committee meets.
If I can be of further assistance please contact me. Thank you.
