Graduate Assistantships
The Health, Leisure, and Exercise Science department offers a number of Graduate Assistantships (GAs) in many areas of study including Exercise Science, Hospitality, Health Education, Athletic Training, and Physical Education. To be eligible for a Graduate Assistantship, students must be admitted to a degree program, enrolled full-time and making progress toward the degree. GAs have the opportunity for a wide variety of professional development experiences:
The purpose of a graduate assistantship is to provide a professional development opportunity consistent with a student’s educational objectives, as well as provide financial support for a graduate student within the context of the department. Graduate Assistantships are available.
