Health Education A degree in Health Education (B.S. Health Education) is designed for students who wish to pursue health careers in public or private health agencies. Health educators are professionals who design, conduct, and evaluate activities to help improve the health of people. These activities take place in a variety of settings: schools, communities, health care facilities, government agencies, businesses, and colleges. Health educators are employed under a range of job titles such as patient educators, health education teachers, trainers, public health/community health educators, community organizers, and health program managers.
