Voice service to campus is provided by ITS Telecommunications Services, the focal point for all University voice-related work orders and trouble calls.
Report problems with your telephone to the ITS Networks & Telecommunications Office, 857-6003, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. On weekends, holidays, and weekdays after 5:00 pm, contact the ITS Help Desk at 474-2075.
All new service requests for telephone installation or changes to existing systems for faculty and staff must be made by submitting a Service Request, an IT Help Request Form, from IT Request Forms in MyUWF (my.uwf.edu). Telecommunications work orders are typically completed within one to two business days.
