Prepare your computer Make sure your speakers (or headphones) and microphone are properly installed, then prepare your computer to make sure you have the right software, to configure your audio, and to set your connection speed.
Schedule a session Use the Blackboard Collaborate administrative interface to schedule a session.
Load Content into Blackboard Collaborate Before your session, load all necessary content into Blackboard Collaborate. Blackboard Collaborate provides several methods to load content.
Prepare Your Participants Send all participants a link to your session along with a link to the participant orientation and computer setup instructions (http://uwf.edu/helpdesk/support/elluminate/participant.cfm). Keep in mind that all students must have computer speakers or headphones to use Blackboard Collaborate. Microphones also recommended. Webcams are optional.
