The resources below are available to help UWF instructors prepare for the upcoming semester.
Classroom Technology Services offers Hi-Tech, eClassroom, and SMART eClassroom orientation sessions the week prior to the beginning of semester and again soon after classes begin. Register online through the Training Reservation Desk (Argus - My Office tab). To find out what technology is available in your classroom, refer to the Classroom List.
The Academic Technology Center (ATC) offers a variety of eLearning training sessions throughout the semester such as "Getting Started with D2L", "Building the Quiz Library & Quizzes", "Discussions", and "Grade Book". "Getting Started with D2L" courses are offered prior to the beginning of semester and again soon after classes begin. Register online through the Training Reservation Desk (Argus - My Office tab). Self-help resources are also available online through Ask ATC.
ClassMate contains information about your courses including class rosters, final exam date/time, and student GroupMail. Also, ClassMate is the place to post your online syllabus, set technology codes, and request a technology-enhanced classroom. Classmate is available from the Classmate tab in Argus.
On the Argus My Campus tab, you will find the Course and Scheduling Tasks channel. This channel contains applications for offering and scheduling courses.
