After the calendar copy is complete, you may see some future calendar events with a question mark symbol. You should open each of these calendar events (or one of the series if it is a recurring event) and indicate whether you will attend.
The Nitty-Gritty: When faculty and staff calendars are copied to Google Apps, events are created based on the meeting organizer's calendar. If the meeting on the organizer's calendar indicates that you sent an "Accept" response, the event will be automatically displayed on your Google calendar as "Yes" you will attend. If you sent a "Decline" response, Google will indicate that you responded "No" and the event will not be displayed on your calendar. If you sent a "Tentative" response, Google will indicate that you responded "Maybe" and the event will be displayed on your calendar with a question mark. If you did not send a response the event will display a question mark, indicating that you still need to respond. Occasionally the calendar copy cannot interpret the response - in that case the event will also display a question mark and you will need to re-respond.
