Automatically Add Courses to Your Calendar

Students and faculty can add  courses to their Google Calendar from their Class Schedule (students) or Class Mate (faculty). Follow the steps below to automatically add one or all of your courses to your calendar.

1. In MyUWF, open the Class Schedule or ClassMate app.
   
   
2. You may choose to add all courses or to select specific courses to add to your calendar.
   • If you wish to add all of your courses to your calendar, click the  button at the top of the screen (Class Schedule) or in the semester title bar (Class Mate).
   • If you wish to add one specific course, click the button beside the course.
     
3. A pop-up window will appear indicating the course(s) you selected to add to your calendar. Those courses with no scheduled date/time will not be added.
   
   
4. It may take up to five minutes for the course(s) to appear on your calendar.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the courses you selected do not appear on your calendar, the "Add to My Calendar" feature may be disabled for your account. To allow the "Add to My Calendar" button to add items to your calendar, go to the Calendaring section of the My ArgoNet tab and check the box below "Add to My Calendar", then click Update.
