Gmail IMAP for Outlook 2010
Follow the instructions below to set up Outlook 2010 to receive Gmail messages via an IMAP connection. Keep in mind that Outlook only works for email - the UWF Calendar must be managed through the UWF Google Apps web interface at gmail.uwf.edu.

IMPORTANT: When someone schedules an event with you in Google, you will receive the invitation in Outlook. Do not click the "Accept/Decline" buttons; use the "Yes/No" links in the body of the email. This will put the event on your Google Calendar instead of your Outlook calendar. Example
