Harriette Bettis-Outland, Assistant Professor

Interests: Marketing Fundamentals, Marketing Strategy, Sales. She received her MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and completed her Ph.D. in Marketing at Georgia State University. Over ten years of marketing and sales experience with IBM and Lotus Development. Research interests include analysis of trade show information, impact of information on organizational effectiveness, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales.
